1. This request for quotation must be responded to within thirty (30) minutes of reciept.
2. A reply is needed for all requests, even if you are not able to meet the service requirements listed.
3. If you are not able to meet specified service click on NO SERVICE.
4. To respond, access Distribution Solutions, Inc., website @ www.distributionsolution.com.
5. Click on Members Only, Click on Carriers Only Section and enter your User Number and Password.
6. Fill in all required information. You will not be able to proceed without required data in required data entry fields.
7. When all required information in entered, click on SEND.
8. If your Quotation is accepted, a Confimation Notification will be E-mailed and Faxed.
9. A Confirmation Notice means you have been selected to service all requirements as listed.
10. If you receive a Confirmation Notice bill charges to:  Acme Printing @ DSI, POB 1155, Plymouth, MA 02360.

NOTICE: Your quotation for services represents a commitment to perform all required services for the exact price as quoted as long as all of the specifications found in the original request for quotation do not change. If the specifications in the request for quotation are different at the time of pickup and result in changes in your firm quotation, you must update your quoted price and complete the Close Transaction function to insure that your invoice is approved and paid.

NOTICE: Your continued participation in this program is insured by consistent, timely and competetive responses to requests for quotations and errorless service. Monthly summaries of all activity will be reviewed for use in accessing all carriers performance for continued participation in this program.
